champly.xyz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. champly.xyz does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the Tools. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless champly.xyz, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of champly.xyz.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
